Help this Christmas during the pandemic
Thanks for thinking of all the people who are struggling in the run up to Christmas
We need to keep things simple to safeguard our volunteers and folks we serve this year
Individuals and families can help in three ways
Firstly you can donate food bought at any of the supermarkets we have donation bins – any general Christmas items – cakes/selection boxes/tinned ham/custard/stuffing/gravy/advent calendars and so on can just be purchased at these stores and donated.
Secondly you can purchase Argos vouchers and a card and get them to any of our outlets – unsealed and we will distribute them to individuals and families before Christmas so they can buy toys and gifts
Thirdly you can purchase food items – see poster below – anywhere else and bring them to any of our outlets when open – see bottom of the page.
You can collect food for us by using this poster EB Foodbank Christmas Appeal Poster
You can bring the food to any of our outlets when open or we can pick up any amounts of food that won’t fit in a car if you give us at least a weeks notice – our pick ups will be on Wednesdays 2nd, 9th and 16th December 2020.
You can set up a Just Giving Page and link it to our page here
We are planning to use donations to this page from now until Christmas to purchase Christmas food and Argos Vouchers so that families and individuals can treat themselves
Please contact us on [email protected] if you are planning to donate in these ways
